Hi Mark, I just found your article via discord and may I say I really enjoyed reading it. Coming from Canada, we don't have much interstate highways as you do down south, so I definitely get that feeling of wanting to experience a journey. Definitely makes the trip better. As you say in the article It seems like the people you talk about are nice and passionate about their businesses and the history of these landmarks. While I'm a fan of eggs benedict not to sure about the combination of eggs benedict and salmon, I think i'm gonna stick with Eggs benedict on the circle bread.
Thanks! I'm Canadian too. We started our journey from the place we were living then in Kitchener, Ontario. Canada has a few great road trips too, particularly east and west, but for transcontinental journeys, the US offers more variety.
